In this context, we always provided comprehensive service and support for all products sold since day 1 (customer service, general maintenance & or exchange of specific parts if required)…
With the LITE↯BLOX material guarantee we now add this as an extended promise for our customers as already announced:
- valid for material or processing errors within a period of 5 years from delivery
- applies to all products sold from May 1st, 2020 under the new conditions (serial: #F???-LB??XX)
- older products can also be covered by a cost effective upgrade
- except for this is the product series “LBtrack” & “LBbike”, as well as all peripherals (adapter plates, chargers etc.)
